The BevLes 1/2 Size Humidity Controlled Heated Holding Cabinet is designed to efficiently hold and preserve hot food items while maintaining their freshness and moisture. Constructed of durable stainless steel with radius corners and cool-touch handles, this cabinet features field-reversible door(s) with self-closing lift-off hinges and magnetic gaskets and latch for easy access and cleaning. With solid-state controls and individual thermostat regulation, it ensures that food is held at a consistent serving temperature between 70F and 215F (21C to 102C) while allowing for humidity levels of up to 95%.
