The BevLes Universal Width Humidity Controlled Heated Holding Cabinet is available in full, , and half-size models. Constructed of stainless steel with radius corners and a cool-touch handle, it features field-reversible door(s) with self-closing lift-off hinges and magnetic gaskets and latch. With a 4-gallon water reservoir and low water alarm, it provides hours of uninterrupted service and operator control. Solid-state controls ensure food is held at a consistent serving temperature between 70F and 215F (21C to 102C). An individual thermostat regulates humidity levels by controlling air and water temperatures, allowing for humidity levels up to 95%.
