The BevLes 1/2 Size Narrow Width Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for efficient holding of hot food items. Its pass-thru design allows for quick access and easy cleaning. Constructed of stainless steel with radius corners and a cool-touch handle, it features field-reversible door(s) with self-closing lift-off hinges and magnetic gaskets and latch. The removable top water pan provides additional humidity for hard-to-hold items. Solid-state controls ensure food is held at a consistent serving temperature between 70F and 215F (21C to 102C). Individual thermostat regulates humidity levels by controlling air and water temperatures, allowing humidity levels up to 95%. Fully insulated door, base, sides, and top keep products warm, fresh, and safe.
