The inside features double ceramic fiber insulation for exceptional heat retention, keeping your cooking temperature consistent and up 1000F for crispy pizza in 90 seconds. The interior flame channel Coyote design provides even heat distribution for evenly cooked food. In addition, the insulated design also keeps your wood-fired pizza oven cool-to-touch, allowing you to stand while you cook at high temperatures. The cooking surface is made up of six (6) FDA approved ceramic bricks designed for ultimate durability and heat retention. These bricks hold in your temperature and even give you even heat distribution, making sure your pizza is crispy all the time.

Coyote equips this pizza oven with a 7-inch diameter stainless steel ThermoShift Chimney System. This innovative insulated chimney is designed to effectively remove your heat and smoke, giving you precision temperature control. The top is designed to keep rain on the side with its baffle design and also prevent crosswinds from blowing into your pizza oven.
