Crafted from premium CROMOVA 18 high-carbon stainless steel, ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56-58, it holds a razor-sharp edge longer than most steels and resists rust, stains, and corrosion. The seamless construction with smooth contours eliminates food and dirt traps, ensuring safety and hygiene in the kitchen.

Featuring stainless steel hollow handles perfectly balanced to offset the blades weight, the textured grip provides excellent control. The edge extends 1/4 up the blade and is ground to a straight point (not beveled), resulting in a dramatically sharper, longer-lasting cutting edge. The iconic dots on the handle symbolize the seven virtues of Bushido, reflecting the traditional Samurai code of honor.
