Don’t have time and guests are coming over right away? No problem, use your gas burner to start a pizza party. This high-powered burner (located on the left side of your oven) is more than capable of cooking whatever outdoor dish or pizza you need.
The inside of your dual-fueled outdoor oven is where all the magic happens with convection cooking from the dome design. Featuring a 2-inch thick refractory oven dome, this outdoor oven can reach up to 1000F giving you an enormous cooking temperature for outdoor cooking versatility, or cook your favorite Neapolitan pizza in under 90 seconds.
In addition, its 2-inch thick insulated dome allows you to maintain consistent cooking temperatures no matter what the weather is outside. HPC took a lesson from ancient times when it came to designing its dome shape giving you convection cooking perfection.
This outdoor oven uses a combination of the burner’s flame and the natural wood in the oven to combine with the incoming air from your advanced ventilation system, creating a dynamic, rolling heat wave that gives you even and consistent temperature throughout your HPC Fire Oven. No matter if you’re cooking a homemade pizza, prime rib, or skillet nachos, this convection cooking design ensures your food cooks evenly no matter where it is cooked inside the oven.
HPC Fire continues its pursuit of outdoor oven cooking perfection featuring a refractory hearth stone giving you superior heat retention and conduction. As burner or wood-fire gets to the perfect temperature, your refractory cooking surface provides even heat distribution across your entire oven surface. Get the perfect crispy pizza crust and bottom or even cook the bottom of your cast-iron skillet apple crisp that is sure to impress your friends and family.
HPC Fire wanted to set this wood-fired pizza oven apart from its competitors by featuring an advanced ventilation system. No need for a chimney that stands out in your outdoor kitchen like a sore thumb, this innovative design features ventilation along the front stainless steel flange giving you ample airflow across your entire outdoor oven dome. The shape of the oven dome circulates air effectively, giving you a clean cook with ample heat and airflow for temperature control.
Safety and convenience are paramount with HPC Fire when it comes to designing a high-performance dual-fueled pizza oven. Featuring electronic 3V flame-sensing auto ignition, ensuring a safe and reliable start every time.
