Join Chef Carolina Villegas and celebrate the seasonal bounty with an Italian twist. Together we will create a menu full of fall flavours; Arugula,Endive,Pear Salad with Candied Walnuts, Asiago and Balsamic Dressing; Ricotta, Pecorino Tart with Caramelized Onions, Rosemary, Truffled Honey; Wild Mushroom Risotto; and Torta Caprese (Chocolate Almond cake) to round out our evening.
Wines included with price of class. Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.
