Travel to the Iberian Peninsula with Carolina Vilegas and experience Spain’s unique and influential cuisine. Our kitchen party begins with a refreshing white wine sangria and together we will make Seafood Paella; Gambas al Ajillo (Shrimp in Garlic, Olive oil); Tortilla de Patatas andfinally a Tarta de Santiago (Spanish Almond cake) to end our fiesta.

Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.
