Together with Chef Anne Hynes we will makeRoasted Garlic, Tomato Tarte Tartin with Herbs and Chevre; Chicken Paillard with Lemon and Capers; Pomme Dauphinois; Crisp Green Salad with Quail’s eggs and Tarragon Vinaigrette; and Fig Almond cake with Creme Fraiche.
Wine is included in the price of class. 19+ Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.
With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.
