The innovative dual plate system combines a 304 stainless steel cooking surface with a 1/2″ thick cast-iron base. This setup ensures durability with the 304 stainless steel top, which is perfect for metal utensils, and outstanding heat retention with the cast-iron base. The result is a consistent cooking temperature, preventing cold and hot spots, and saving fuel with its insulated design.
