These knives come with a newly designed handle made from durable Polyoxymethylene (POM), a synthetic material with a tighter molecular structure that resists fading and discoloration. The set includes an 3″ paring knife, 4 ” utility knife, 8″ carving knife, 8″ bread knife, 8″ chefs knife, 9″ sharpening steel, kitchen shears, and a natural wood block.

Precision-forged from a single blank of high-carbon stainless steel, the knives have a full tang triple-riveted to the handle for precise control. Using Precision Edge Technology (PEtec), the blades are 20% sharper with twice the edge retention. They are tempered to 58 Rockwell hardness for easy maintenance and feature a full bolster and finger guard for safety and balance. Final buffing is done by hand to ensure a flawless finish.
