This warranty does not cover discoloration, surface scratches, weather-related staining, or minor surface rust and oxidation, which are considered normal for outdoor products. In multi-user settings like bed and breakfast inns or private clubs, Twin Eagles offers a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the original purchase date. This multi-user warranty does not apply to restaurants or primarily commercial settings.
